Skyline Metal Buildings, LLC ("Skyline," "we," "us") is a metal building dealer based in Sevierville, Tennessee. This policy explains what information this website collects, why, and what we do with it. The short version: we collect what you type into our contact and quote forms so we can get back to you with a quote, and we do not sell your information to anyone.
Information you give us
When you fill out the contact form or the Get a Quote form, we collect the details you provide, which may include:
- Your name, phone number and email address
- The type of building you are interested in and any details you add
- A photo of the spot where you plan to put your building, if you attach one
- Whether you have agreed to receive phone calls and text messages from us
We use this information to prepare your quote, answer your questions, schedule your installation and keep in touch about your project. If you call or email us directly, we keep the normal records of that conversation.
Information collected automatically
This site is hosted on Vercel. Like every web host, Vercel's servers record standard technical details when a page is requested, such as your IP address, browser type, the page you visited and the time of the visit. These logs are used for security and to keep the site running. Fonts and images are served from our own site, not from third-party networks. We do not currently run analytics, advertising pixels or chat widgets on this site. If we add any in the future we will update this policy.
Cookies
This site does not set tracking or advertising cookies. Any cookie that may be set is strictly functional (for example, to keep a form working). Because we use no tracking cookies, we do not show a cookie banner. You can block cookies in your browser settings without affecting your ability to read this site.
Text messages (SMS)
If you check the opt-in box on our quote form, you agree to receive phone calls and text messages from Skyline Metal Buildings about your quote, your project and related offers. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party.
How we share information
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the business, and only so they can do that work for us:
- Our website host (Vercel), which serves the pages you visit
- Our form and customer-relationship software, which delivers your form submissions to us and stores them so we can follow up
- Eagle Carports, the manufacturer whose buildings we sell, when a quote or order requires it
- Phone, email and text-messaging providers we use to contact you
We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect the rights and safety of our customers, our staff or our business.
Third-party links
The "Design & price online" and "Start Building" buttons take you to the Eagle Carports 3D builder, which is run by Eagle Carports, Inc. and has its own privacy policy.
How long we keep information
We keep quote requests and customer records for as long as we need them to serve you, meet our tax and accounting obligations, and handle any warranty or service questions. If you would like your information deleted, contact us using the details below and we will remove what we are not legally required to keep.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS and we limit access to customer information to the people who need it to do their jobs. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us.
Children
This site is intended for adults who are shopping for a building. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Your choices and rights

Changes to this policy
