These terms cover your use of skylinemetalbuildings.com, operated by Skyline Metal Buildings, LLC ("Skyline," "we," "us"). By using this site you agree to them. If you buy a building from us, the written quote, order form or contract you sign controls over anything on this website.
What we do
Skyline is an authorized dealer of metal garages, barns, carports, RV covers, workshops and commercial buildings manufactured by Eagle Carports. We serve customers across the Southeast, up the East Coast and into West Texas. Prices, sizes, colors, lead times, site requirements and warranty details are provided in your written quote and order paperwork, not on this website, and may change without notice until an order is confirmed.
Quotes and online design tool
Quotes requested through this site are free and do not obligate you to buy. The "Design & price online" tool is provided by Eagle Carports, Inc. on its own website under its own terms; designs and prices generated there are estimates until confirmed by Skyline in writing. Photos and project details you submit with a quote request must be yours to share and accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Installation and site responsibility
Unless your contract says otherwise, the customer is responsible for providing a level, accessible installation site, any required permits, and marking underground utilities before installation. Installation dates are scheduled in good faith but can move because of weather, manufacturing lead times or site conditions. Specific obligations are set out in your order paperwork.
Content and intellectual property
The text, logo and design of this site belong to Skyline Metal Buildings, LLC. Product photographs and renderings may belong to Eagle Carports, Inc. and are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse site content without written permission. Other company names and logos mentioned on this site belong to their owners.
Acceptable use
Do not use this site to submit false information, to spam or scrape our forms, to attempt to access systems you are not authorized to use, or for anything unlawful. We may block access to the site for anyone who does.
No warranty on the website
This website is provided "as is." We work to keep its information accurate but do not guarantee that it is complete, current or error-free, or that the site will always be available. Building warranties are provided separately in your order paperwork and by the manufacturer.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Skyline Metal Buildings, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Our total liability relating to this website will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). Liability relating to a building purchase is governed by your contract.
Indemnification
You agree to hold Skyline harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of this site or your violation of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any dispute about this website will be heard in the state or federal courts serving Sevier County, Tennessee. Before filing anything, please call us; most problems can be solved with a conversation.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new effective date. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
